Accommodation Packages

All rooms are available on a full board basis. There are a number of catering outlets on campus and to provide you with full flexibility as a residential guest, you will be given a computerised meal card with your key which will contain £82.25 which you can use to buy food. If you wish to top up your card you can do so at any time (details will be provided with the card).

The rooms are clean, serviced single rooms. The use of an iron and ironing board can be arranged and use of laundry facilities is available.

All the accommodation packages provide overnight accommodation for 7 nights.

Gold Package – £399.50 per week
Each of these large en-suite rooms has its own bathroom with a shower/toilet/ wash basin. The Halls of Residence containing these rooms are new, opened in 2009.

Silver Package – £370.71 per week
These single rooms have a wash basin in each room and share bathroom facilities, consisting of shower room/toilet with 4 other people.

 

Rates for Championship competitors and Chef d’Equipes

These rates are for Championship competitors and Chef d’Equipes and allow for the subsidised meal.

Gold Package – £370.71 per week

Silver Package – £341.33 per week

Daily Rates
En-suit room £50.00 per night
Standard Room (shared bathroom facilities) £45.00

 

Camping

Camping is available for lorries, camper vans, caravans and tents at £41.12 per pitch. Pitches with electric hook ups are available at £88.12 per pitch. This is bookable in advance. The campsite is within easy walking distance of the stabling and permanent catering and toilet/shower facilities.

Barbecues are allowed within the designated campsite only. This is to prevent fire. Failure to comply will result in you being asked to leave the site.

 

Food Only Package

For guests who are camping on campus, Food Cards can be purchased in advance at £82.25. These can be used at any food outlet and offer a convenient method of paying for food in advance. If you wish to top up your card you can do so at any time.

Food cards for Championship competitors and chef d’equipes which include the subsidised meal allowance will be arranged through each Federation.

Local Accommodation

Local accommodation can be booked through www.realyorkshire.co.uk

 

Ramada Jarvis hotel is just 14 minutes away, the perfect stay for your visit to Bishops Burton. You will find a peaceful sanctuary at the Ramada Hull hotel, a 19th-century manor house nestled in 12 acres of landscaped gardens.

Groups of 10 or more get a free room, and a special £70 bed and breakfast rate has been set up especially here.

 

Liability

The College does not accept liability for loss or damage to property or injury or death to persons howsoever caused and all visitors to the site are recommended to take out insurance against these matters prior to arrival.
